Welcome to Maevon. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using this website and placing orders through our store. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms.

About Maevon
Maevon is a small ceramic studio based in Amsterdam. All pieces are made slowly, by hand, in small batches. No two items are exactly alike, and minor variations in shape, size, or glaze are part of their handmade character.

Product Information
We do our best to describe and photograph each piece accurately. However, due to the handmade nature of the work, each item may vary slightly in colour, size, or texture.

All product prices are listed in euros (EUR), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Ordering & Payment
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A product is not reserved until payment is complete.
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processes.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot redirect packages once they have shipped.

Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We do not refund any shipping fees.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@maevonceramics.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

You are responsible for packing the item safely. We do not accept returns on damaged items.

We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order items.

Damage in Transit
Each item is carefully wrapped to prevent damage. If your piece arrives broken or damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will do our best to offer a solution.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including product images, texts, and design) is the property of Maevon Ceramics and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Privacy
Your personal data is handled with care and never shared with third parties, except where necessary to process your order (e.g., shipping services). Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
