In most cases yes, unless stated otherwise. If an item is made in small multiples, each will be slightly different due to the nature of handmade work and layered glazing. I do my best to photograph each piece accurately and include any variation in the description.

Yes. All tableware pieces are made with food-safe, non-toxic, lead-free glazes and fired at high temperatures for durability. If a piece is decorative only, it will be clearly noted in the description.

Yes, but for longevity, I recommend handwashing and avoiding the microwave. Handmade ceramics last longest when treated with care.

Also make sure to avoid thermal shock, ceramics prefer slow transitions.

Please email me within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged piece and packaging so we can sort it out together.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Initial shipping cost is also not refunded. The buyer is responsible for shipping the piece safely, damaged items will not be refunded.
